On Campus, I am on the leadership board for TruThursday, a Black Christian group on campus. I also work at the Marquand library. I’m Nannette Beckley, a senior majoring in the School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA) and pursuing a certificate in Global Health and Health Policy (GHP). I joined The Standard in the late summer of 2020 to enhance my wellness and interact with other Black ladies at Princeton during the peak of the pandemic. Last year, I served as the student liaison. I am currently the Internal Communications Coordinator, leading outreach efforts between the executive board, members, and other black organizations on campus. Outside of the Standard, I am an Advising Fellow for Matriculate, involved with the Body Divine Show Podcast, and work at Mendel Library.
